THE BEDROOM:
Has a double bed, 40inch Smart TV, window, wall hangers, reverse cycle air conditioner, study desk and a private bathroom. Sleeps 2 people.

THE KITCHEN AREA:
We understand that food is an integral part of every trip, so we have provided a simple kitchen (on the top floor) that is always ready if you wish to cook basic things. There are a fridge, microwave, small stove top, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and crockery.
THE LAUNDRY AREA:
Have you spilt some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry area has a basin, iron, cleaning essentials, 1 washing/drying machine and a machine dryer (on the top floor) for all your basic cleaning needs.
THE BATHROOM:
The room comes with your very own private en suite bathroom. The bathroom comes fully equipped with a shower, essential amenities, basin, drawer, mirror-cabinet, ventilation and a toilet.
THE HALLWAYS:
Have you arrived earlier than expected to an Airbnb and had to wait around with your luggage? You wanted to make the most of your day and explore the city, but you had all that extra troublesome luggage? Or even checking out earlier in the day but not due to fly until late? Don’t worry! With our property, we offer you storage underneath the stairs and provide chain locks in case you want to secure your belongings.

House Rules
1. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental, including indoor areas, balconies, and patios. Please use designated smoking areas outside the property.
2. Quiet Hours:
Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and fellow guests by observing quiet hours . Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed during this period.
3. Guest Limit:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Parties or events with additional visitors are not permitted without prior host approval.
4. Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved pets in the vacation rental, subject to host approval. A pet fee will be applicable. Please keep your furry friends under control and clean up after them both inside and outside the property.
5. Respect for Property:
Treat the vacation rental as if it were your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any damages or issues to the host immediately.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction. We want all guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, while also respecting the property and the local community. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide flexibility while also ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy for vacation rentals is as follows:
1. Cancellation Period:
– More than 30 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– 15 to 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
2. Processing Fees:
– A processing fee will be deducted from any refund amount, regardless of the cancellation period.
3. Modifications and Rescheduling:
– Guests may request to modify their reservation dates, subject to availability and host approval. Any changes in the rental rate due to modification will be adjusted accordingly.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date may be subject to additional charges.
4. Early Departure:
– No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
5. Host Cancellations:
– In the rare event that a host needs to cancel a reservation, guests will receive a full refund, and our team will assist in finding alternative accommodations.
6. Force Majeure:
– In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond the control of either party, our policy may be adjusted based on the specific situation.
7. Refund Process:
– Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
