Located in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence is a proffered destination to tourist through out the year

The Hostel has 3 rooms (One males, One Females and One Mixed), The hostel is normally fully booked and enhance chance to meet people from around the world.

The guest needs to share a copy of their id for the purpose of verification and identification

The space

The room has 3 bunk beds share among Female guest with a dressing table, ample cupboards and locker for the safety of precious utilities.

Toilet & bathroom attached with hot bath tub with towel, hand Wash & Shower Gel.

Guest access

Ample Living room with five-seat sofa along dining table for 4, work station with Dubai eye view from the couch and Television with Netflix and PrimeSpacious balcony to relax with sun set view, space where you can chit chat with your loved ones over the phone.

Open Kitchen with Electric Stove, Rice Cooker, Micro wave, Toaster, Kettle, blender, Juice & utensils and basic grocery for odourless cooking.

Other things to note

Super Market, Pharmacy, jogging path and queued up restaurants at through away distance.

Walk-able : The walk JBR, JBR1 Tram station, Roxy Cinema, Dubai Marina Mall, Marina Walk, Blue water Island, Ain Dubai, Zero Gravity Beach club , Dubai Skydive and Dinner on Sky.

Silent Hours: 11pm to 8am (No Tv , No Cooking and No Loud speaking)

Drinking water (Hot & cold) available for 24/7
No restriction on entry exit timings.

A care taker is present at hostel for necessary assistance and cleaning requirements.

If you found something messy left by other guest, kindly inform the care taker he would clean and clear it.

As we have the most happening night life near the hostel.

So we do not party, drink alcohol ,smoke, allow pets, loud music, fire or any candle lighting inside the home. No Means No….

Common areas cleaned daily by the care taker. The guest should clean space /utensils /space/equipment utilized.

Bed linen shall be changed on request or done during check in and weekly .

Bath Towel is provided for a refundable deposit of Aed 20, which shall be returned when towel is returned in good condition

We would be thankful if you wipe the bathroom post bath and make it ready for the fellow guest as we would expect…

Lest not forget, its a home away home not a hotel where various nationalities live together with space.

Wash your cloths as per your machine availability

Pork storage and usage is prohibited.

The hostel doesn’t have a monitoring system, thus guest should take of their belongings such as cloths, food etc. Locker with key is available for a refundable deposit of Aed 100 while returning the key.

1. No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental, including indoor areas, balconies, and patios. Please use designated smoking areas outside the property.

2. Quiet Hours:

Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and fellow guests by observing quiet hours . Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed during this period.

3. Guest Limit:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Parties or events with additional visitors are not permitted without prior host approval.

4. Pet Policy:

We welcome well-behaved pets in the vacation rental, subject to host approval. A pet fee will be applicable. Please keep your furry friends under control and clean up after them both inside and outside the property.

5. Respect for Property:

Treat the vacation rental as if it were your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any damages or issues to the host immediately.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction. We want all guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, while also respecting the property and the local community. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide flexibility while also ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy for vacation rentals is as follows:

1. Cancellation Period:
– More than 30 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– 15 to 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date: No refund will be provided.

2. Processing Fees:
– A processing fee will be deducted from any refund amount, regardless of the cancellation period.

3. Modifications and Rescheduling:
– Guests may request to modify their reservation dates, subject to availability and host approval. Any changes in the rental rate due to modification will be adjusted accordingly.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date may be subject to additional charges.

4. Early Departure:
– No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.

5. Host Cancellations:
– In the rare event that a host needs to cancel a reservation, guests will receive a full refund, and our team will assist in finding alternative accommodations.

6. Force Majeure:
– In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond the control of either party, our policy may be adjusted based on the specific situation.

7. Refund Process:
– Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
