The space
There’s something truly unique about mornings at Bondi Beach. Watch as the surfers catch their first wave while fitness fanatics run laps along the sand. Locals wait in line for their 7am espresso or sit down at the neighbourhood’s countless cafes. Take it all in from this incredible two-bedroom apartment in the sought-after pocket of Ben Buckler. It’s tucked on the northern tip of the beach, footsteps to Campbell Parade and Hall Street.
Wake to watch the sunrise above the ocean from your private balcony, keeping your eyes peeled for pods of dolphins and migrating whales between June and November. Open plan living and dining flows to the balcony, flooding the space in natural light. Relax on the plush sofa seating surrounding a central TV or sit down to a meal at home at the four-person dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs with a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Within the kitchen pantry you’ll find a concealed washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
Sleep easy in two generously sized bedrooms. The master has a premium queen bed topped with crisp white linens and a built-in wardrobe providing ample storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed as well as a pull-out single bed, accommodating an additional two guests. A coastal chic bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower and stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay. There is a separate powder room with a toilet and vanity.
There is free street parking on Ramsgate Avenue that is limited to 0.5 – 2 hours from 8am – 10pm everyday. However, if you drive onto Hastings Parade there is all day free parking. It is roughly a 4 minute walk to the apartment building. Bondi Beach is well serviced with taxis, Uber and an express bus to Bondi Junction’s transport hub and the CBD.

House Rules
1. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental, including indoor areas, balconies, and patios. Please use designated smoking areas outside the property.
2. Quiet Hours:
Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and fellow guests by observing quiet hours . Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed during this period.
3. Guest Limit:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Parties or events with additional visitors are not permitted without prior host approval.
4. Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved pets in the vacation rental, subject to host approval. A pet fee will be applicable. Please keep your furry friends under control and clean up after them both inside and outside the property.
5. Respect for Property:
Treat the vacation rental as if it were your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any damages or issues to the host immediately.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide flexibility while also ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy for vacation rentals is as follows:
1. Cancellation Period:
– More than 30 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– 15 to 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of the rental amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
– Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
2. Processing Fees:
– A processing fee will be deducted from any refund amount, regardless of the cancellation period.
3. Modifications and Rescheduling:
– Guests may request to modify their reservation dates, subject to availability and host approval. Any changes in the rental rate due to modification will be adjusted accordingly.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date may be subject to additional charges.
4. Early Departure:
– No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
5. Host Cancellations:
– In the rare event that a host needs to cancel a reservation, guests will receive a full refund, and our team will assist in finding alternative accommodations.
6. Force Majeure:
– In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond the control of either party, our policy may be adjusted based on the specific situation.
7. Refund Process:
– Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
